1. Upon receiving your product, we will send this problematic item to our after-sales department for repair and testing.
2. Upon receipt of the testing report, if it is determined that the issue is not due to human error but rather a product quality issue, we will promptly refund, exchange, or repair your item as per your request.
3. If the test results show no faults or the issue is due to human error, we will promptly notify you and discuss whether to proceed with after-sales maintenance under a fee-based model.
4. The charging basis for after-sales maintenance is based on labor costs (30 yuan) + spare parts cost, with the replacement parts priced according to their cost.
5. If the product is determined to have been caused by human error during after-sales testing and repair is necessary, the costs will be borne by you, along with any shipping fees. If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, all repair costs and shipping costs will be borne by us.
